Workshop Details

Planning your workshop

Workshops are available in Long Island, New York. Please book at least three weeks in advance because we grow microgreens especially for each workshop. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a booking.

Payment, cancellations, and rescheduling

Payment, deposit (if applicable), cancellation, and rescheduling terms will be provided and agreed in writing for each booking before it is confirmed. Your written booking confirmation will specify the date, location, workshop format, agreed fee, and participant arrangements.

Group size and venue

The Full Microgreens Experience and Taste, Create & Grow have a minimum of 15 participants. School workshops have no minimum group size. We will discuss space, tables, access to handwashing, and any other setup requirements with the organizer before confirmation. Please tell us about accessibility needs so we can discuss suitable arrangements.

Food and allergies

Vegan does not mean allergen-free. Please discuss any allergy or dietary requirements with us before booking. Ingredient and preparation arrangements must be agreed in advance; do not assume that a workshop or tasting will be free from a particular allergen or cross-contact. Please do not put medical details in the public inquiry form.

School workshops

Bookings should be arranged by an adult school representative. Supervision, any food tasting, required permissions, and the use of tools or materials will be agreed with the school before the visit. Our school workshops are educational activities, not therapy or medical advice. Follow the growing and care instructions supplied with take-home trays.

Photos and privacy

Any use of identifiable participant photographs for publicity should be agreed separately. School publicity photographs require appropriate school and parent or guardian permissions. The classroom image on our Workshops page is an AI-generated illustration, not a photograph of a school visit.
